Description
Your Mission
You will own the partnership strategy for Alea end to end. You will identify, win, and grow commercial sales partnerships across DACH and international markets, and forge technology partnerships that extend and strengthen the Alea platform. You will work closely with our leadership, product, and sales teams, and represent AssistMe externally as a trusted, credible partner to the care and health-tech industry. This includes:
- Partner channel development: build the partner network from scratch — identify, approach, and onboard distributors, resellers, medical-device dealers, technology provider and care-provider groups to sell and deploy Alea in the German speaking countries.
- Deals & contracts: structure, negotiate, and close partnership and reseller agreements end to end — commercial terms, margins, and service levels — working with legal and finance.
- Partner enablement & growth: equip partners with training, sales materials, and demos so they sell independently; own the key relationships and drive joint business plans and revenue targets.
- International expansion: prioritize target markets, choose the entry model (distributor, reseller, or direct), and win the distribution partners to get there.
- Local go-to-market: with product and marketing, adapt Alea's positioning, pricing, and materials to each market's regulatory and reimbursement conditions. Technology ecosystem: build partnerships with complementary providers — EHR and care-documentation systems, nurse-call systems, sensor manufacturers, IoT platforms — and define the business case for integrations with product and engineering.
- Joint offerings: develop co-selling, co-marketing, and bundled propositions with technology partners that extend Alea's reach.
- Strategy & pipeline: monitor the elderly-care, medtech, and health-tech landscape, translate trends into a partnership roadmap with clear targets, and generate, qualify, and convert the pipeline that delivers it.
- Collaboration & reporting: work hand in hand with sales, product, marketing, and customer success; represent AssistMe at trade fairs and industry events; track performance against KPIs, forecast revenue, keep CRM and deal data accurate, and feed market insights back into the roadmap.
