ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small, growing go-to-market team at a seed-stage AI wholesale SaaS company. You will own prospecting and help shape how the team brings AI-enabled sales tools to an underserved industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage prospecting from initial outreach through closing, using phone, email, and social media to connect with wholesale decision-makers.
- Test and improve inbound and outbound lead generation, quickly applying lessons from what works and what does not.
- Build expertise in the product, wholesale market, and customer needs so you can lead persuasive customer conversations.
- Research B2B prospects independently and create effective sales materials and presentations.
- Write and refine call scripts and communication templates, then share learnings through internal trainings.
- Find and adopt AI tools to improve sales workflows and contribute to go-to-market strategy and customer-facing processes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Early-career individual contributor with initial hands-on SaaS sales and outbound prospecting experience.
- Comfort reaching prospects by phone, email, and social media, with strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
- Tech-savvy, with interest in AI-enabled sales workflows and ideally in industrial or wholesale markets.
- Startup experience is valuable, along with the initiative to build processes, adapt quickly, and work toward goals. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
