About the Role Overview Fetch is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide support for several business channels, regulatory reporting and AI enablement. You will build and maintain the SSAS Tabular models, dashboards, and analyses that track partner and sales performance, including compensation programs for our shelter, breeder and sales channels. You will help develop our enterprise data models, support regulatory reporting, and handle ad hoc requests. You will also help drive BI-led AI initiatives and support AI enablement across the company. Other responsibilities include data quality, performance tuning, data governance, and automation. You will partner with the AVP of Business Intelligence, data engineering, compliance and various business partners to deliver reliable data and scalable solutions. Location This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those local to New York City and open to a hybrid schedule of 1–2 days per week. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain shelter, breeder, and sales reporting, including dashboards and analyses tracking channel performance Build and maintain compensation models for shelter, breeder, and sales programs, and provide ongoing analytical support to these teams Support Bordereaux, MCAS, and NAPHIA reporting, including recurring submissions, related analyses, and ad hoc requests Identify opportunities to streamline semantic codebase, recurring reporting and to improve data quality and availability Field and deliver ad hoc analytics requests from cross-functional partners Qualifications Required: 1–3 years of experience in a business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering role Proficiency in SQL with building procedures and views, scheduling jobs, querying and manipulating data Experience building dashboards/reports in a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau Strong Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred: Experience in the insurance industry and/or working with enterprise data Experience leveraging AI tools as a work acceleration tool (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Gemini) Experience building and maintaining SSAS Tabular models Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., computer science, data science) or equivalent experience Compensation The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 on a full-time basis This position is eligible for the Company’s bonus plan(s) Why Join Fetch Be part of a mission-driven company that values creativity, innovation, transparency, and collaboration When in office, enjoy complimentary lunch daily Join a team that genuinely cares about creating a positive, inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive Benefits & Perks At Fetch, we recognize the importance of work-life balance and prioritize our employees' mental health and well-being, ensuring everyone can flourish both professionally and personally.
