This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Leader, Mid-Atlantic (Bluegrass) based in the United States. This senior commercial leadership role will guide and develop a high-performing field team across a multi-state market spanning Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Ohio. You will be responsible for translating national brand strategies into focused local execution while driving strong customer engagement and business performance. The role combines people leadership, coaching, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration across Neurology, Rheumatology, and future therapeutic areas. You will work closely with market leadership and teams across clinical, commercial, training, and customer-facing functions to address market needs and unlock opportunities. Success will depend on your ability to develop talent, strengthen execution, and maintain a patient-focused approach in a dynamic specialty healthcare environment. This is an opportunity to influence commercial performance while helping teams deliver meaningful outcomes for patients with severe autoimmune diseases.
