1. Drive Rhythm-Of-the Business orchestration and facilitation Drive ROB planning and execution of MCAPS India Area SLT meetings including agenda and content Work closely with India and Corp Stakeholders for global QBCs and other Corp meetings, Area Meetings (including Area Kickoff, Monthly Townhalls) Work closely with Functional teams (Finance, HR, CELA) to drive key functional milestones In partnership with communications team, work to ensure effective communication to internal and external stakeholders For all action items, drive planning, preparation, execution and follow-up with all business and functional teams Build analytics and insights to deliver impactful business outcomes from all engagements Deliver end-to-end impactful visits of senior executives (e.g. CEO, EVPs, CVPs, other leaders) that advance our strategy and key business objectives Support CVP in contributions to transformational projects Work closely with MCAPS India Area LT members on specific transformational projects. Work closely with SE&O Lead, CFO to drive growth agenda A combination of an engineering / technology degree plus MBA High on executive presence, ability to lead via influence, collaboration and building credibility Good at working in a matrixed environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience of working in an agile environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously Ability to travel extensively to drive external and internal engagements across India. Minimum 12+ years relevant experience Experience in Marketing/Partner/Sales/technology/Start-up roles is highly desired
