Your Mission
Business Development
- Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
- Meet decision-makers and understand their IT staffing and consulting needs.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and daily rates.
- Build AGAD's presence within key accounts.
Consultant Management
- Work closely with recruitment teams to identify the right consultants.
- Participate in candidate interviews and selections.
- Ensure follow-up, retention, and career development of consultants.
- Anticipate project renewals and new opportunities.
Business Management
- Manage your own revenue and margin objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow KPIs and business performance.
- Contribute actively to AGAD's growth strategy.
Requirements
Your Profile
- Experience within IT consulting, staffing, recruitment, or professional services.
- Strong commercial mindset and hunter mentality.
- Comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a strong asset.
