Business Operations Associate - Procurement & Logistics

Full Job Description

Biocytogen is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to support daily business operations across purchasing, logistics, CRM management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational workflows in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes.

Purchase Order & Operations Support

• Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and processing.
• Coordinate order entry, receiving, and fulfillment activities.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

CRM & Data Management

• Maintain and update CRM systems and business databases.
• Support data entry, reporting, and order tracking.
• Generate reports and assist with operational data analysis.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and vendors on daily business activities.
• Support logistics coordination, event preparation, and operational projects.
• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization.

Marketing & Logistics Support

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping logistics.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and track deliveries.
• Support tradeshows, marketing campaigns, and company events.
• Maintain shipping and inventory records.

Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Biology, Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or related fields.
• Background in Biology / Life Sciences is a significant plus.
• Experience in operations, purchasing, order processing, CRM management, or logistics support preferred.
• Familiarity with project coordination, supply chain, or international business operations preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
