This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Process Owner - Finance and Controlling based in India. This is a global subject matter expert and cross-functional leadership role focused on Finance and Controlling processes within a large-scale service organization. You will shape standardized processes that support ERP transformation, operational excellence, and scalable growth across multiple geographies. The role has a strong focus on controlling process design, end-to-end margin visibility, and harmonization of business practices. You will play a key role in the migration to SAP S/4HANA, connecting business requirements with system capabilities across critical SAP modules. Working closely with business, IS/ERP, finance, and regional teams, you will drive adoption and continuous improvement. The position offers the opportunity to influence global process strategy while supporting complex transformation initiatives across diverse markets. Success in this role requires deep controlling expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
