The Project Manager is responsible for delivery excellence, engagement quality, customer satisfaction, and business value realization. The Project Manager can operationally report to a Program Manager or Director as part of a larger engagement or programme and the role requires deep project management experience in a consulting organization, broad technology knowledge, and demonstrable experience delivering AI-enabled business process solutions. The Project Manager is responsible for delivery excellence, engagement quality, customer satisfaction, and business value realization. The Project Manager can operationally report to a Program Manager or Director as part of a larger engagement or programme and the role requires deep project management experience in a consulting organization, broad technology knowledge, and demonstrable experience delivering AI-enabled business process solutions. The Project Manager will help identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager has to be effective in fostering executive-level relationships and translating business needs into technology and AI-enabled solution outcomes that can be formulated in contracts and/or statements of work. They manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects and demonstrate passion for customers through professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. 1. Extensive hands-on project management experience with large-scale enterprise, global ERP, CRM, automation, or AI-enabled business process solutions (such as Dynamics, Power Platform, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, or similar) in multiple industries. AI-enabled delivery experience or a demonstrated ability to leverage AI in project delivery, paired with a strong learning mindset. Experience gained in a software vendor or comparable transformation/consulting environment. PMI PMP certification or equivalent certification
