We are seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Consultant to join an innovative recruitment technology platform in Dubai. This role is ideal for a sales professional with SaaS experience who thrives in a high-performance environment, bridging client needs with cutting-edge solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Middle East via cold-calling, emails, and networking.
- Build credibility and trusted relationships with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Procurement, and C-Suite).
- Develop tailored proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate terms with prospects.
- Follow up diligently on leads, engaging multiple stakeholders to ensure successful deal closure.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets through proactive business development.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, reporting regularly on activity and performance.
Requirements
- Proven track record in online B2B sales, SaaS, cold calling, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident on the phone and in presentations.
- Strong relationship-building ability with senior stakeholders.
- Resilient and target-driven, able to perform under pressure.
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Arabic is an advantage).
