The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support Finance, Accounting, and ERP systems for their China operations. This role will act as the primary liaison between local business stakeholders in China and global Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of finance and accounting processes, along with hands-on experience supporting Kingdee ERP and related business applications.
This position reports to the Director of Business Analysis and collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, Operations, and external implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Business Systems Analyst for Kingdee ERP and finance applications supporting China operations.

Configure, maintain, and optimize ERP solutions across:

General Ledger (GL)
-
Accounts Payable (AP)
-
Accounts Receivable (AR)
-
Fixed Assets
-
Cash Management
-
Tax and Financial Reporting
-
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.

Support China statutory accounting and compliance, including:

CAS / PRC GAAP
-
Golden Tax System integration
-
Fapiao processes
-
VAT reporting
-
Lead system implementations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and postgo-live support.

Manage integrations between Kingdee ERP and global enterprise systems.
-
Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with internal controls.
-
Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, ERP implementation, or Finance Systems support.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kingdee ERP (Kingdee Cloud, K3 Cloud, or similar).
- Strong understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Tax.
- Experience in ERP implementation and system integrations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written & spoken).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with multinational organizations in China.

Knowledge of China Accounting Standards (CAS / PRC GAAP).

Golden Tax System

Fapiao processes

China VAT reporting

Experience integrating Kingdee with global ERP platforms such as: Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday.

Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Experience supporting SOX, audit, and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.

Industry experience in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, or manufacturing.

Experience working in dual-ERP environments (China local ERP + global ERP systems).
