Business Systems Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Systems Developer based in India. This role focuses on building reliable integrations that connect critical business applications, enterprise platforms, and data environments. You’ll design and maintain solutions that enable seamless data movement across CRM, ERP, HR, service management, and cloud systems. The position combines software development, API integration, data engineering, and business systems expertise. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions. Your work will directly support accurate data synchronization, efficient business workflows, and dependable enterprise operations. Design, develop, maintain, and support integrations between enterprise applications and internal data platforms. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, integration services, data pipelines, and automated workflows using modern development practices. Develop integration workflows using middleware and ETL platforms such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or comparable technologies. Support reliable data synchronization between business applications and enterprise data environments. Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions. Monitor integrations and proactively troubleshoot failures, data discrepancies, performance issues, and workflow problems. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to peer reviews and technical discussions. Help improve the reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability of enterprise integration solutions. Requirements 2–5 years of experience developing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and data platforms. Strong programming experience with object-oriented languages such as Java and/or Apex. Hands-on scripting experience with Python and/or JavaScript. Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of relational database concepts. Proven experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs. Experience working with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms. Practical experience supporting data synchronization, integration services, and enterprise workflows. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with ETL/ELT processes, middleware platforms, or integration frameworks such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Workato, or similar tools is an advantage. Working knowledge of AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake is preferred. Exposure to event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or streaming technologies such as Kafka is a plus. Understanding of CRM, ERP, HRIS, and broader business process workflows is beneficial. Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred. Benefits Equity opportunity for employees.
