PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Provide support in day-to-day tasks within the Outlet Retail Buying & Merchandising department.

Key responsibilities

  • Support of team in all aspects of planning, buying, in-season management

  • Analysis and communication of sales data

  • Manage system data and item set up information

  • Keep buying files up to date

  • Preparation of product information

  • Sample handling

  • Support allocation with product distribution

  • Support Team in compiling presentations

  • Ad hoc administration tasks

Main Relationships:

· Retail Operations, Product Divisions, Licensing partners

Skills Education & Experience:

· Fashion, retail or business-related studies

· Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written

· Numerical skills

· Familiar with MS Office, especially XLS and PPT

Profile

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Interest & passion for the fashion industry

· Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Available for a period of 6 months

· Available to start January 4th 2027

Start date: January 4th 2027/ Available for 6 months / Full-Time Please note that we can only consider your application if you are enrolled for the full duration of your internship at your school or university. Also, due to Dutch legislation, you must be in possession of European nationality or studying in the Netherlands.
