Cabin Crew represent Etihad onboard, support guest service and safety, work irregular rostered hours and can progress through Economy, Business Class, Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager pathways. The official posting states a tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 per month including additional flight-hour and layover pay depending on roster, plus relocation support, initial hotel accommodation, furnished shared accommodation, transport to training and the airport, annual leave, worldwide medical insurance, annual tickets and travel discounts.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, at least 163 cm tall, hold a high-school/Grade 12 equivalent qualification, be fluent in written and spoken English, have no visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform, and be comfortable with a travel lifestyle and irregular rostered hours.
