Full job description
The role covers passenger safety and service on a rotating 24/7 schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays. Norwegian states that selected candidates receive comprehensive training leading to official certification and that the role involves more than 150 travel days.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates must be over 20, have a clean criminal record, hold or be able to obtain the required medical clearance, pass pre-hire drug/alcohol testing, be able to swim, meet the stated reach/height requirement, and have fluent written and spoken English. Applicants must have a valid work permit for Norway and live within 90 minutes of the base or be willing to relocate.
