We are seeking an experienced Calibration Technician to join Trident Calibration Labs, an Accredited Labs company!  

 Are you eager to blend your customer service experience with your technical and mechanical skills? We're seeking motivated individuals who exhibit a strong work ethic and a passion for learning. We are looking for experienced technicians to join our team where your precision, interpersonal skills, and mechanical aptitude will pave the way for success! 

 Location: Trident Calibration Lab office is in Phoenix, AZ and works on-site at various customer sites. 

 Day to Day Responsibilities:  

Complete accurate and timely calibrations in the lab and on customer sites 

Perform routine and complex calibration on various equipment per company processes and instructional documentation 

Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures, standards, and protocols  

Working directly with clients with good communication to provide client updates on services needed  

Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards 

Maintain calibration activity records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and to date 

Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support 

Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates   

 You will be successful in this role if you:  

Have the ability to learn mechanical and technical skills quickly  

Can adapt to multiple different work environments and settings   

Are customer-oriented with excellent communication skills 

Are a person who is punctual, respectful, and honest with a positive attitude  

Have an excellent attention to detail  

Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn 

 Basic Qualifications: 

3+ years of Calibration experience in General Purpose Test Equipment to include electronic, physical/mechanical and dimensional 

Able to lift 50lbs 

Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word 

Excellent customer service skills 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Good organizational and prioritization skills 

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record 

 Nice to have: 

Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields 

Technical Degree or Certificate 

Military PMEL Training 

Experience with IndySoft
