Deadline Date: October 30, 2026
The Initiative supports young and emerging agripreneurs in OACPS member states to develop innovative, climate-smart business ideas in the cashew value chain.
The e-MOVE initiative, implemented by GIZ through the Agri-Business Facility for Africa (ABF) and MOVE-ComCashew projects, aims to empower young and emerging entrepreneurs in the cashew sector across OACPS member states by transforming innovative ideas into investment-ready, climate-smart ventures. This program builds on the knowledge and tools provided through free e-learning courses on the cashew value chain, encouraging participants to apply their learning to real-world business opportunities.
Applicants are required to complete two mandatory e-MOVE courses—Introduction to Conservation Agriculture and Creating an Investment-Ready Agribusiness—before submitting their business idea using the provided Business Model Canvas template. Submissions must focus on innovative, climate-resilient solutions within the cashew value chain and demonstrate a clear revenue model and capital requirements.
Winners of this competition will receive either 2,000 EUR in direct funding to boost their business or a laptop, tablet, or software to support their operations, providing tangible support to help turn promising ideas into viable enterprises.
Eligible applicants must be aged 18 or above, based in a member state of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), and have an innovative agribusiness idea related to the cashew value chain. Only one submission per applicant is allowed per window, and participation is free of charge, including access to all required training courses.
Applications must be submitted via the official submission form, including proof of course completion and a detailed AgriCanvas. The deadline for submissions is 30 October 2026, and successful applicants will be notified by mid-December 2026.

Tips for this grant
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Check eligibility, funding coverage, study/project level and every required document before investing time in the application.
- Prepare transcripts, references, language tests, proposal/motivation statement and proof documents early.
- Separate the scholarship deadline from any university/program admission deadline; they may be different.
- Treat “fully funded” as a source fact only when the official provider explicitly confirms the covered costs.
Verification notes
Extracted from a public opportunity page using specific title, application/deadline, eligibility and benefit signals. Aggregator/news pages remain review-controlled unless an official provider page is successfully verified.
Job and Scholarship is the discovery and verification layer. Confirm eligibility, dates, salary/funding and application instructions on the original source before submitting anything.
