Cambodia Digital Awards 2026 is accepting applications from eligible Cambodian digital startups, companies, researchers, creators and cybersecurity professionals across innovation, research, business, content, inclusion and cybersecurity tracks.

Applications are open from 24 July through 2 November 2026. Semi-final judging is scheduled for 19 November, final judging for 1 December and the award ceremony for 11 December 2026. Applicants should prepare a company or project profile, solution overview, evidence of impact, supporting media and any required registration documents. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to present in person.
Eligibility requirements
Eligibility depends on category. For company-based categories, the company owner must be a Cambodian citizen or permanent resident in Cambodia. Digital startups must be no more than three years old from official business registration. The Digital Research & Innovation category is open to all individuals and institutions. Other applicants must meet the official criteria for their selected track.
