Role Summary and Impact   This role is within The Goat Agency, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in helping global brands harness the power of social and creator-led content to deliver measurable impact. Recognised as a global leader in the space, we deliver award-winning campaigns in more than 70 countries. With over 650 social natives worldwide, we create ambitious influencer programmes from tactical activations to long-term partnerships, designed to drive awareness, engagement and conversions across the full marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities: Being responsible for the day-to-day management of various influencer and social marketing campaigns. Working on proposals for prospective clients by identifying the correct mechanic, influencers and creative for each brand and their target audience. Attending pitches for prospective clients and assisting the Account Manager in client phone calls. Taking responsibility for ensuring numerous KPIs are hit and campaigns are delivered. Overseeing and managing large budgets on multiple influencer campaigns. Reporting on campaigns and liaising with account managers to ensure the client is happy with the results. Role Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience planning and executing Influencer campaigns. Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload. Competent writing and communication skills. Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure. Understand Influencer Marketing and Social Metrics (Impressions / Reach / Engagements).
