If you’re ready to begin your best journey and help build travel for the world, join us.   Get To Know Our Team: Agoda Media Solutions partners with tourism boards and destination marketing organizations to help them reach Agoda’s high-intent, first-party audience through marketing campaigns across Agoda’s owned platforms and selected offsite channels. As our China business continues to grow, we are looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist, China DMO  to support the end-to-end delivery of tourism board campaigns. The Opportunity: This role will coordinate campaign administration and execution across the full campaign lifecycle from proposal and procurement support through campaign setup, launch, monitoring, reporting and post-campaign review. You will work closely with the China Supply team, RTA/DMO, tourism board partners and internal stakeholders across Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax, Brand, Translation and other relevant functions.   What You’ll Do: Coordinate the operational handover from the China Supply or Business Development team to the RTA/DMO campaign team. Support proposal localization, bidding, procurement documentation, vendor registration and related administrative processes. Coordinate contract preparation, approvals, signatures and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders. Manage the collection, translation, review and approval of campaign assets from tourism board partners. Coordinate campaign setup across Agoda Media Solutions products, including onsite placements, destination content, coupons and other relevant activations. Support campaign launches and monitor delivery, pacing and operational issues throughout the campaign period. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve campaign, creative, inventory, coupon or reporting issues. Support the preparation and validation of campaign performance reports in English and Chinese. Coordinate campaign review meetings and capture recommendations for renewal or future campaign improvements. Develop and maintain campaign trackers, checklists and processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.   Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Tourism, Project Management or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in  Mandarin Chinese and English . At least  2 years of experience  in campaign operations, digital marketing, project management, media operations, account management or a related area. Experience working with tourism boards, government agencies, destination marketing organizations or external agencies is preferred. Experience with China-based procurement, bidding, contracting or administrative processes is highly desirable. Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation, approvals and campaign assets accurately. Proactive, organized and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment. Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and project-tracking tools.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital advertising, media, travel, hospitality or tourism marketing. Familiarity with campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, engagement, conversions and delivery pacing. Experience coordinating localized creative production and content approvals.
