Campus Recruitment Specialist

Position Overview: We are looking to add a Recruitment Specialist to join our team to help contribute to our Early Careers Investment recruitment, including overseeing our campus recruitment efforts . As a Recruiter you will partner with our Researchers and Traders to identify, engage and hire top junior talent and contribute to our global emerging talent strategy. Contribute to campus recruiting strategy Act as main point of contact; establish and maintain close relationships with universities – including the planning and execution of on-campus recruitment events Partner effectively with the business to ensure healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner Ensure a positive candidate experience, while maintaining data accuracy Candidate interview scheduling and coordination Screening calls with junior investment candidates Liaise with external recruitment agencies Provide reporting and regular updates to business stakeholders Stay current on industry trends, talent movements and competitive hiring Required Qualifications: 3+ years of campus recruiting experience, preferably in a quantitative trading, technology or financial services environment Experience managing industrial relationships with Universities Strong communication and collaboration skills  Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment Comfortable navigating ambiguous problems or tasks Excellent attention to detail Travel for campus events is required   Nice to have: Fluency in French written and verbal   The minimum base salary for this role is $100,000 if located in New York.  This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting.  This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation.  This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions.  Successful candidates’ compensation and benefits will be determined in consideration of various factors
