About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Card Sales Specialist - SavePlus and StarCash. This role will be based in 6750 Ayala, Makati.
Note: This is for a minimum of 1-year employment contract.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Main responsibilities of the Card Sales Specialist for SavePlus and StarCash will revolve around customer acquisition and retention.
- Directly solicits new customers and manage the relationship.
- Develops and executes marketing activities related to the customers being handled.
- Manages all the administrative requirements of all the accounts solicited and being retained
- Management and growth of the SavePlus and StarCash programs.
- Onboarding and ongoing coordination with SavePlus partners.
- Execution and expansion of card products, partnerships, and customer programs.
- Field-based sales and partner engagement activities, where required.
- Coordination of card distribution and related logistics.
- Employee and customer communications regarding SavePlus benefits and program availability.
- Business continuity support for the Cards team while the longer-term operating model is evaluated.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Applicants should have a 4-year undergraduate course.
- Should have good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Must have at least 3 years of work experience.
- Should be willing to be hired as a contractual employee (minimum of 1 year, maximum of 2 years)
