WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Carpenter to join our factory team, contributing to the production of high-quality modular housing components. This role will require generalist skills across framing, finish carpentry, and installation tasks, with a focus on precision, efficiency, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is experienced in carpentry, adaptable, and motivated by a fast-paced manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITES

• Perform general carpentry tasks, including framing, sheathing, and installation of walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Assemble and install cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim details in modules.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and digital plans.
• Use hand and power tools to execute tasks with precision and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company standards.
• Collaborate with other carpenters and trades to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues.
• Assist with moving materials and organizing workstations to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of carpentry tools and materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Conduct routine maintenance on carpentry tools and equipment as needed. QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of carpentry experience
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong understanding of carpentry principles, including framing and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and working overhead for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. WORKING CONDITIONS
• Factory environment with exposure to construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Physical tasks including standing, lifting, and moving materials.
