Casting Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Casting Strategist based in the United States. This part-time role offers the opportunity to own talent sourcing and casting across a fast-paced, performance-driven advertising environment. You’ll build and maintain a diverse talent ecosystem supporting paid advertising, organic social, and TikTok Shop initiatives. Rather than simply filling casting requests, you’ll proactively identify people who are credible, relatable, and compelling to specific audiences. You’ll use advertising performance data and roster insights to determine which talent profiles should be sourced and tested next. The role combines strategic sourcing, relationship management, negotiations, pipeline development, and roster operations. You’ll work independently with clear targets and accountability while collaborating closely with creative and project teams. This is an ideal opportunity for a resourceful casting professional who understands how the right person can directly influence advertising performance.
