As a Center Sales Manager at Wall Street English, you will be responsible for the overall business, operations, and service excellence of your center. You’ll lead a multicultural team to deliver high-quality English language education while achieving ambitious sales and operational targets.
You will oversee daily operations, mentor the sales team, and work closely with the service manager to ensure alignment between student experience and commercial success. This role requires strong people management skills, a performance-driven mindset, and the ability to create a culture of teamwork and excellence.
Your leadership will directly impact student satisfaction, team motivation, and the reputation of Wall Street English within the national education market.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a sales management role
- Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Experience managing a P&L and center-wide operations
- Fluent in English and the local language
- Experience in a premium B2C sales environment (preferred)
- Experience working in a franchise model (advantageous)
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle KPIs and reporting across multiple departments
- Comfortable working with targets and maintaining high service standards
- Culturally sensitive, with a collaborative leadership style
