Responsibilities Monitoring and supervising Tower’s automated trading systems during Asian market hours across multiple markets and trading teams. Analyzing live trading activity for risk and compliance issues and responding promptly to unusual trading behavior or changing market conditions. Collaborating with risk managers and trading teams to identify intraday trading issues, escalate them to key stakeholders, and coordinate with Tower’s core engineering team, brokers, and exchanges to resolve issues in real time. Developing and maintaining monitoring procedures and documenting production issues as they occur to ensure accurate operational records. Qualifications At least 1-3 years of experience in a trading or trade support role, with experience or exposure to high-frequency automated trading strategies. Working knowledge of risk controls across equities, futures, options, and FX markets, along with an understanding of exchange-specific rules and procedures. Experience with SQL, Python, and Linux is preferred. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English for business purposes. The ability to work flexible schedules, including morning and evening shifts.
