Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) – Spokane, Washington Company: Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday Location: In-Home – Spokane, WA Pay: $19.00–$25.00 per hour Schedule: After school hours in the evening About the Role Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life. What You'll Do
- Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
- Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
- Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
- Attend required team meetings and training sessions What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay: $19.00-$25.00/hour
- Supervised Practicum hours and 1:1 mentorship available for student analysts, provided by a doctorate-level BCBA.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children
- In-Home experience preferred
- Passion for supporting children with special needs
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR certification (Preferred)
- CBT Certification (RBT is a plus!) Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods

- CBT Certification is required
