Malta-based entities can request up to €500,000 to participate in the 2026 Clean Energy Transition Partnership Joint Transnational Call across clean-energy research modules.

The two-stage call covers energy-system resilience and flexibility, renewables, industrial carbon management, hydrogen, batteries, heating/cooling, integrated energy systems and clean-energy integration in buildings. Malta entities are eligible in all modules. If several Maltese partners participate in one consortium, their combined national funding cannot exceed €500,000. The coordinator deadline is 8 October 2026 at 14:00 CET and Malta's National Application Form is due at 23:59 CET the same date.
