Manage and grow end-to-end partnerships with e-commerce platform providers and strategic business partners for iyzico's Virtual POS and B2B payment solutions
Develop new partnerships, identify potential partners and execute partnership initiatives in line with channel growth objectives
Monitor the commercial performance of existing partners, analyze revenue and transaction volume, and identify new growth opportunities
Manage partner segmentation, prioritization and lifecycle processes to build a scalable and sustainable partner ecosystem.
Manage partner agreements, commercial terms and collaboration processes to ensure effective partnership governance
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly channel performance reports, develop management presentations and track action plans
Analyze partner performance, sales and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations and Technology teams to ensure the successful delivery of partner initiatives
Lead the Channel Management team by setting goals, supporting team development and driving performance
Develop new channel models and strategic partnerships that support iyzico's long-term growth strategy
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
Experience in channel management, strategic partnerships or business development, preferably within the payments, fintech, e-commerce or technology industries
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
Proven experience in team management, coaching and performance development
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong strategic thinking, planning, prioritization and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build and manage effective relationships with senior executives and strategic business partners
Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse audiences
