Full job description
The Chef de Rang leads and coordinates restaurant service, supports guest relations, trains and motivates service staff, collaborates with the kitchen team, maintains food-safety and hygiene standards, monitors stock and helps sustain luxury-hospitality service quality.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel, supervisory food-service experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of food and beverage service, and familiarity with restaurant/POS systems.
