Your Mission
- You independently plan and conduct laboratory trials and experiments for our research, development, and process optimization activities.
- You carefully and traceably document experimental procedures, measurement results, and evaluations.
- You analyze experimental results, identify root causes of errors, and support the optimization of chemical processes in our research line.
- You operate, monitor, and maintain laboratory and experimental setups, as well as the equipment used, ensuring smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.
- You support activities in our pilot plant and work closely with the neighboring teams in research, development, and production.
- You support analytical activities through the proper preparation of samples.
- You actively contribute to compliance with and the continuous development of our safety standards — safety is our highest priority.
- You contribute your own ideas to continuously improve workflows, methods, and processes in the laboratory and pilot plant.
Qualifications And Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or hold an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience conducting chemical laboratory experiments and several years of practical laboratory experience.
- You have practical experience handling laboratory equipment; experience with analytical instruments is an advantage.
- You have a good understanding of documenting experimental procedures and measurement results and can support the evaluation of results.
- Ideally, you have initial experience with analytical methods, such as spectroscopic techniques like ICP or ion chromatography techniques like IC.
- You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- You work independently and responsibly, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- You are a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with various interfaces and stakeholders.
- Good German and English skills complete your profile.
