Full job description
The Chief Field Office leads UNICEF's programme commitment and field presence across the office's area of responsibility. Responsibilities include programme development and management, use of programme funds, monitoring and evaluation, staff and asset oversight, local capacity building, advocacy, partnerships and coordination, with strategic oversight of health and other multisectoral interventions.
Requirements & qualifications
An advanced university degree is required in public health, medicine, epidemiology, health policy and management, global or international health, health systems, community health or another relevant health-related field. At least five years of professional experience in programme management, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation or related work is required. Fluency in French and intermediate or working knowledge of English are required.
