Full job description
The role manages UNICEF's field presence, staff and assets; leads programme development, monitoring and evaluation; oversees programme funds; supports rights- and results-based management; builds national and local capacity; and coordinates partnerships. The position has a strong health and public-health focus in a fragile and humanitarian setting.
Requirements & qualifications
An advanced university degree in public health, medicine, epidemiology, health policy and management, global or international health, health systems, community health or another relevant health field is required. Applicants need at least five years of professional experience in programme management, planning, coordination, monitoring and evaluation or related work. Fluency in French and intermediate/working knowledge of English are required.
