Full job description
The role provides strategic medical leadership, develops clinical policies and procedures, manages medical teams, oversees recruitment and performance, ensures regulatory compliance, monitors KPIs and contributes to budgeting and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements & qualifications
Medical degree from an accredited school, at least 10 years of healthcare-management experience including at least five years in senior leadership, strong knowledge of Libya's healthcare sector and excellent leadership and communication skills.
