The Opportunity:

BeatO is hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and act as an extension of their bandwidth across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone seeking exposure to every part of a fast-growing healthtech company—from strategy and fundraising to operations and new business lines like GLP-1-led weight management.

In this role, you will:

• Own the follow-through by driving founders' top priorities to completion, coordinating with stakeholders, removing blockers, and ensuring execution.
• Run the operating rhythm by preparing board decks, investor updates, and leadership reviews while consolidating data and business narratives.
• Lead special projects involving cross-functional business problems, new initiatives, market opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Build decision-ready insights by translating data from growth, clinical, and finance teams into meaningful recommendations.
• Grow into business ownership with exposure to leadership discussions and opportunities to eventually lead a function or business vertical.

Who We're Looking For:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving diverse business problems rather than working within a single function.

You have likely spent the last few years in consulting, investment banking, a startup, or a Founder's Office, and are comfortable working with limited context, incomplete information, and fast decision-making.

You'll likely recognise yourself in this:

• 4+ years of experience in a high-intensity, high-ownership environment.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating across teams and driving accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and presentations.
• Passion for learning how a healthtech business operates alongside founders.
