The position leads stewarding and back-of-house operations, including sanitation, inventory, vendor coordination, cost control, equipment, event support and team performance.
Requirements & qualifications
Accor lists two to three years of supervisory or management experience in stewarding or hospitality operations, HACCP and safety knowledge, English proficiency, team leadership and required HACCP, health-and-safety and food-safety certifications.
