Full job description
The fixed-term National Officer role supports planning, implementation, monitoring and partner coordination for child-protection priorities, including work connected to social development, protection systems and rights-based programming in major Brazilian urban settings.
Requirements & qualifications
UNICEF lists a relevant bachelor's degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, law or another relevant social-science field, plus at least two years of professional experience in child protection, social development, programme planning or management. Knowledge of Brazil's child-protection legal and policy environment is required. Portuguese and English are required; Spanish is an asset.
