China International College Students’ Innovation Competition 2026 runs from July through November. The Ministry of Education says the domestic registration system opens 10 August and closes 25 September 2026 at 12:00. International projects register through the Global Youth Innovation Leaders Community platform, with detailed international arrangements to be announced separately. The competition includes higher-education, Red Dream, vocational, industry and budding tracks, and awards gold, silver and bronze distinctions.
Eligibility requirements
Track-specific student eligibility applies. The Ministry notice states participating team members must generally be age 35 or younger, born on or after 1 March 1991, and teachers may not participate as project team members. International and other track-specific conditions are governed by the official rules.
