The Foundation's 2026–27 programme supports currently enrolled Master's and doctoral students at universities in Taiwan. The public application period is 1 August–20 October 2026. Awards are paid during January–June 2027 under the Foundation schedule. University or Rotary-club procedures may create earlier internal deadlines.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Master's or doctoral programme at a university in Taiwan, normally be under age 35, show academic strength and financial need for tuition/research support, and obtain the required Rotary-club recommendation. Applicants may not simultaneously receive another scholarship during the funded period under the programme rules. The Foundation's international-graduate-student route is included in the current rules.
