CIPES is collaborating with Hong Kong’s first & only PPE programme
Oxford created Philosophy, Politics & Economics in 1920. A century on, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong teaches the city’s only PPE programme, the academic foundation of YPEF Hong Kong 2026.
What is PPE?
Philosophy, Politics & Economics is a single Oxford degree that reads any problem through three lenses at once, training the judgement to reason clearly, weigh power, and value resources together, not one at a time. One degree, three lenses. Philosophy, Politics and Economics combine so you can read any problem clearly, from every angle at once.
Six interconnected modules
The forum is structured around six modules, each opening a fundamental question about how the economy of the future will grow, work and create value.
The Future of the Global Economy
What will drive economic growth in the next decade? The opening module examines the foundations of future growth: productivity, technological innovation, entrepreneurship, investment and the emergence of new economic centres.

HSUHK is the forum's academic partner in Hong Kong, a forward-looking university whose Politics, Philosophy and Economics programme provides the scholarly foundation for the forum's thematic framework. The campus sits in Sha Tin, 30 minutes from Central on the MTR, in one of Asia's most dynamic cities.
