Overview

CIPRES is recruiting three Inspectors responsible for advisory support and assistance to social-protection institutions. The competition is open to qualified senior professionals who are nationals of CIPRES member states, including Benin, and Benin's official government portal is carrying the call for national applicants.

Full job description

The Inspectors support social-protection institutions through advisory missions, studies, identification of management good practices, training activities and proposals to harmonize applicable rules. The official call states that applicants must submit their dossiers in their member state through the office of the ministry supervising social protection. Six top candidates from the written stage who meet the published score threshold proceed to an oral stage at CIPRES headquarters; CIPRES covers their transport and stay for that oral stage.

Requirements & qualifications

Applicants must be nationals of a CIPRES member state, be at least 35 and no more than 50 years old at the opening of the competition, hold at least a BAC+5-level qualification in Management, Management Control, Audit, Law, Actuarial Science or Public Administration, and have at least five years of senior-level professional experience in a public or private organization. Applicants must also satisfy the civic, character, national-service where applicable, qualification, experience and physical-fitness conditions stated in the official call.

Tips for this job

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Tailor the CV and application to the responsibilities and required skills stated on the official employer page.
  2. Use concrete evidence of relevant work, projects and measurable results rather than generic claims.
  3. Confirm location, work authorization, remote restrictions and sponsorship terms before applying.
  4. Apply through the original employer or official recruitment destination shown on this page.

Verification notes

Verified on 2026-09-05 UTC against the Government of Benin opportunity page, its attached four-page CIPRES recruitment call, and CIPRES's official member-state information confirming Benin as a member. The attached call gives a 30 September 2026 member-state dossier deadline but no reliable closing clock time, so deadline_date is stored and deadline remains null. The government portal UI displays a 00:05 time, but that portal timestamp is not used as the authoritative application cutoff because the signed call itself states only the date.
