Overview
In coordination with the project team and the technical planning department, you will be responsible for the complete project planning of our parking garage projects, from order receipt through to handover to the client (m/f/d). You will develop and refine designs and translate them into digital planning documents and models (BIM). Your focus will be on the technical development of the structure and the creation of drawings in accordance with Service Phase 5. You will assist in coordinating and aligning planning content with internal and external project stakeholders. You will actively further develop the use of BIM within the company and have the opportunity to contribute your interests in an environment with many years of BIM experience. Your Mission
- In coordination with the project team and the technical planning department, you will be responsible for the complete project planning of our parking garage projects, from order receipt through to handover to the client (m/f/d).

Qualifications And Requirements
- You have completed an apprenticeship as a structural design engineer* or technical systems planner*, have completed further training as a technician*, or have earned a degree in civil engineering or architecture.
- You have professional experience in project planning as well as in technical drafting and design.
- Initial experience in 3D modeling is an advantage; knowledge of BIM or Revit is desirable but not required.
- You have a strong technical and structural understanding and can identify design challenges early on.
- You work independently, in an organized and reliable manner, and maintain a clear overview even in stressful situations.
- Experience in an international environment and a good command of English are desirable but not required.
