Why This Role Matters
We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team and support our flagship projects across the UAE. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery of complex developments that shape the UAE’s dynamic landscape while building a rewarding engineering career within a leading multinational organization. By supporting the design, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems, the Electrical Engineer plays an important role in ensuring project quality, safety, and successful delivery.
Site Execution & Coordination
- Assist in supervising day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and site teams.
- Monitor site progress and report updates to senior engineers.
- Support in resolving basic site issues and coordination challenges.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure work complies with quality standards and project specifications.
- Assist in site inspections and documentation.
- Support in implementing health & safety requirements on site.
Technical Support
- Review drawings and support in identifying discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing site reports and documentation.
- Support material tracking and site logistics coordination.
- Work closely with senior engineers to gain hands-on project experience.
Qualifications and requirements
You’re a Great Fit If You
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of construction concepts (academic level).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a site environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is a plus.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop practical skills.
