SHIFT PATTERN: 28.75 Hours Per Week, 1500 - 2100 (Mon - Fri)

OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead our dedicated team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional standards in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. As the evening supervisor, you’ll set the tone for teamwork, reliability, and service excellence—ensuring every space is spotless and every client is delighted.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all evening cleaning operations, ensuring standards and schedules are consistently met • Train, motivate, and support team members—fostering a positive, accountable culture • Conduct regular quality checks and address issues promptly • Act as point of contact for clients and site management during evening shifts • Manage supplies, equipment, and accurate completion of daily paperwork • Identify process improvements for efficiency and safety • Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning or facilities supervision (evening/night shift preferred) • Strong communicator who leads by example and builds trust • Confident problem-solver with an eye for detail • Ability to coach, develop, and motivate diverse teams • Organised and proactive—can juggle priorities and stay calm under pressure • Commitment to ABM’s values: respect, integrity, collaboration, and excellence
