Founded in 1999 in Vienna, the Qualysoft Group is a manufacturer-independent IT consulting and services company, which successfully provides support for its international customers

Full job description

Founded in 1999 in Vienna, the Qualysoft Group is a manufacturer-independent IT consulting and services company, which successfully provides support for its international customers with the aim of boosting their competitiveness and economic efficiency through innovative IT solutions.

Its focus is on financial services providers, telecommunications companies, the automotive industry and energy service providers. Over 400 employees in 6 subsidiaries work together to ensure state of the art solutions for our clients.

We are looking for new colleagues in Qualysoft teams for diverse projects providing continuous learning opportunities. Our common goal is to provide honesty, development and a stable background while getting to know the latest technologies. We are waiting for your application for the position below!

  1. Own the employee experience and lifecycle Be the main point of contact for client-assigned employees and relevant subcontractors, maintaining regular contact to understand motivation, workload, project fit, development needs and retention risks. Coordinate the full assignment lifecycle from onboarding and client integration through changes, extensions, redeployment and offboarding, ensuring employees remain connected to Qualysoft. Manage the performance and development cycle, turning client and employee feedback into recognition, clear development actions and follow-up. Identify and escalate performance, retention or wellbeing concerns early, working closely with HR and CDS leadership where needed.
  2. Grow and protect client relationships Build strong relationships with hiring managers, project leads and key stakeholders to understand client priorities, technology needs and upcoming demand. Manage the operational commercial follow-through of assigned accounts, including extensions, rate reviews, PO/WO continuity and onboarding/offboarding, proactively monitoring renewals. Represent Qualysoft specialists based on technical fit and business value, qualify new needs and identify relevant opportunities across Qualysoft services.
  3. Run operational forecasting and reporting Maintain accurate assignment data, including headcount, dates, capacity, rates, costs, PO/WO/SOW coverage, timesheets and planned changes. Prepare monthly forecasts covering billable FTE, utilisation, revenue and Margin 1 drivers, highlighting changes, extensions and potential risks. Coordinate month-end readiness with Finance & Controlling and proactively flag exceptions such as expiring orders, uncovered delivery, idle capacity, early departures or margin pressure.

At least five years in IT services, including three years in a client-facing role combining account/service management, consultant or people coordination, and commercial responsibility. Experience with specialists working within enterprise client teams is particularly relevant. A proven ability to build trust with both technical colleagues and hiring managers, conduct difficult conversations, and turn customer insight into qualified opportunities without treating people as interchangeable capacity. Practical grasp of IT roles, project delivery and service models; confidence discussing SOW/WO/PO terms, extensions, rate cards, billability, utilization and contribution-margin drivers with the appropriate internal experts. Comfort with monthly forecasting and data quality: strong Excel discipline, clear variance explanations, careful handling of commercially sensitive and personal information. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in Hungarian and English; ownership, sound judgement, structured follow-through and a collaborative style across HR, Sales, Recruitment, Delivery and Finance.

Experience in banking or other regulated clients; service transition or managed-services exposure; contract workflow / vendor-portal knowledge; timesheet or professional-services automation systems; cross-country coordination within an IT services group.
