Client Development Associate (Pacific Standard Time)

This role plays a key part in creating a seamless and high-quality experience for new clients during the critical transition from signed agreement to official onboarding. You will coordinate the full onboarding journey, ensuring paperwork, account setup, funding, transfers, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule. Working closely with senior relationship leaders and wealth management professionals, you will serve as an essential bridge between teams and clients. The position combines administrative precision, client service, financial-services knowledge, and proactive problem-solving. You will monitor progress across multiple systems, anticipate potential delays, and work directly with custodians and internal stakeholders to keep onboarding moving. Beyond initial onboarding, you will help identify additional assets and opportunities during a client’s first year while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and compliance.
