This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Intake Specialist based in Canada. The Client Intake Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal support following accidents or injuries. This people-focused role combines empathetic communication, structured interviewing, case qualification, and accurate documentation. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather detailed information, and build trust with individuals who may be experiencing stressful or emotional circumstances. Strong listening and de-escalation skills will be essential to creating a positive and professional client experience. You will also maintain sensitive legal, medical, and personal information with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Working independently in a fully remote environment, you will take ownership of each intake conversation from the initial interaction through accurate case documentation.
