Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Onboarding & Operations Associate based in United States. This is a customer-focused operations role responsible for owning client onboarding and program deployment from initial discovery through launch and ongoing optimization. You will work directly with strategic clients, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and exceptional customer outcomes. The role combines project management, client relationship management, data coordination, technical implementation, and operational problem-solving. You will translate customer needs into tailored solutions while coordinating internal teams and external partners in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Success requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail without losing sight of the broader customer experience. You will also help improve onboarding processes, develop scalable playbooks, and turn post-launch data and feedback into actionable recommendations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing digital health environment focused on improving outcomes for members and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, executives, and C-suite contacts across small and medium-sized strategic clients and administrative services organizations. Develop a strong understanding of healthcare programs, onboarding processes, growth marketing strategies, and clinical operations to effectively guide customers through implementation. Own end-to-end onboarding and deployment across a portfolio of customers, ensuring programs are configured, tested, and launched successfully. Lead discovery sessions to understand customer culture, priorities, goals, and population needs, using those insights to develop tailored implementation approaches. Provide consultative recommendations designed to increase member engagement, improve program outcomes, and strengthen overall client satisfaction. Coordinate customer instance setup, configuration, testing, and validation while ensuring all implementation requirements are completed accurately. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects remain on track and launches are executed smoothly. Train customers on program functionality and value propositions to support awareness, enrollment, and engagement. Analyze customer data before and after launch and translate findings into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, establishing project plans, timelines, expectations, dependencies, and launch-readiness criteria. Lead customer meetings, maintain stakeholder alignment, manage risks and escalations, and provide consistent project status updates. Partner with customer technical teams and third parties to operationalize data access and eligibility file management, including requirements definition, file transfers, validation, testing, and issue resolution. Prepare client-facing presentations, reports, special events, and other materials that communicate progress and post-launch insights clearly. Develop standardized onboarding workflows, templates, playbooks, and best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Collaborate with Client Success, Growth, Integration, Clinical Delivery, Product, Member Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Engineering, Billing Operations, and executive stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Partner with marketing teams on pre-launch member communications, promotional strategies, and toolkits designed to increase engagement and program results. Serve as an internal subject-matter expert and point person throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring consistent execution and strong cross-functional alignment. Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, increase operational efficiency, and continuously strengthen the onboarding experience. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, customer-facing operations, or a similar role. 2–5 years of experience in health technology client onboarding and project management. Experience in healthcare benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or related systems. Demonstrated ability to work across client organizations and engage effectively with both senior executives and execution-level teams. Strong project management capabilities, with exceptional organization, attention to detail, planning discipline, and the ability to execute efficiently against deadlines. Ability to manage competing priorities, work under time constraints, and remain effective in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and situations. Customer-focused, proactive, and resourceful approach, with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and drive outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop practical solutions in ambiguous situations. Experience working with technical or data partners on data exchange, file specifications, encryption, transmission, validation, and testing. Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools such as InspirePlanner, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project. Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and coordinate teams without relying solely on formal authority. Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where processes are continuously evolving and opportunities for improvement are expected. Benefits Annual U.S. salary range of $110,000–$115,000 USD . Competitive compensation package aligned with leading technology companies. Remote work environment within a global team. Opportunity for equity participation. Unlimited vacation with manager approval. 16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents. 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents. 100% employer-sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for employees. 80% healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for family members. Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options. 401(k) retirement savings plan. Opportunity to work in a mission-driven digital health environment focused on improving metabolic health outcomes. Collaborative, flexible, and high-growth working environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvement and organizational scale.
