This is more than an internship – it’s the launchpad for your consulting and IT business management career.   Here ’ s why students launch their careers with UDig:   Real Client Engagement  – A core component of your internship is supporting a real client engagement, providing highly valuable, hands-on consulting experience.   Mentorship & Coaching  – Partner with Senior Consultants and delivery leaders who are dedicated to your success, offering guidance, feedback, and career insights.   Culture & Collaboration  – Join a high-caliber, flexible team with opportunities for in-person collaboration, networking events, and an environment that champions work/life balance.   Competitive Compensation  – Receive a competitive hourly wage for your contributions.   What You ’ ll Do:   Support day-to-day delivery on an active client engagement — capturing meeting notes, tracking action items, risks, and dependencies, and preparing status updates.   Help run the team’s agile rhythm: prepare for and take part in daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, keeping the board accurate and progress clearly communicated to technical and client stakeholders.   Assist with requirements gathering — drafting user stories and acceptance criteria and confirming them with the team.   Contribute to product roadmaps, resourcing views, and executive-ready client updates.   Dedicate time to research emerging technologies and best practices relevant to your project, applying your academic knowledge in a professional setting.   What You ’ ll Bring:   Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related business or applied-consulting field    Foundational understanding of agile delivery (Scrum or Kanban) and the role of a business analyst or project coordinator on a technology team.   Comfort with collaboration and reporting tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Excel, and PowerPoint.   A strong passion for technology consulting and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the enthusiasm to ask questions and learn rapidly.   Ability to work full-time for the duration of the 8-week summer program (6/7-7/30) in a hybrid model based out of one of our hub locations (Nashville or Richmond).   Join UDig — Where Consulting Meets Innovation.   UDig is a technology consulting firm dedicated to delivering high-impact solutions that have driven client success for over 25 years.
