This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Success Coach based in United States. As a Client Success Coach, you will help gym owners turn marketing and sales opportunities into measurable business growth. You will manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their trusted partner from onboarding through long-term retention. Through weekly coaching, KPI analysis, and structured accountability, you will help clients overcome bottlenecks and improve execution. The role combines relationship management, business coaching, data-driven problem solving, and retention strategy. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams in a highly collaborative, performance-focused environment.
